1. Services
 

1.1. Freelancer agrees to provide the following digital marketing services to Client (the "Services"):

• Social Media Marketing & Management

• Facebook Ads

• Website Development

• Email Marketing

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Google Ads

• Graphic Designing

• Google My Business Profile Management

• PPC (Pay Per Click)

• Lead Generation

• Content Writing

1.2. The specific scope of the Services will be further defined when You (Client) Finalize the Services they want or need in a separate Statement of Work ("SOW") to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1. Client agrees to:

​

• Provide Freelancer with all necessary information and materials in a timely manner to complete the Services.

• Provide access to the necessary accounts, websites, and platforms for the execution of services you need.

• Cooperate with Freelancer in the performance of the Services.

• Approve all deliverables submitted by Freelancer in writing before they are used otherwise the deliverables should be published without Client's Approval for maintaining the online presence.

• Make prompt and agreed-upon payments for services rendered.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1. Client shall pay Freelancer a fee of 50% upfront amount for the Services.

​

Option 1: Fixed Fee

The Fee shall be payable as follows 50% upfront, 50% upon completion.

Option 2: Hourly Rate

Freelancer's hourly rate is 700 INR. Client will be invoiced for the total number of hours worked each month.

A Security amount of 1000 INR should be deposited before the project begins which will be refundable to You (The client) as the project is completed.

3.2. All payments shall be made in INR by Bank transfer or online payment processor.

4. Service Agreement
 

The Freelancer will provide services as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Any changes to the scope of work, fees, or project timeline must be documented and agreed upon by both parties.

5. Confidentiality

​

Both the Freelancer and the client agree to keep any sensitive or proprietary information confidential. This includes business strategies, customer data, and any other confidential information obtained during the course of the project.
 

6. Intellectual Property

​

Any content, materials, or intellectual property created by the Freelancer as part of the digital marketing services may be owned by the client upon full payment. The client agrees not to use or share any of the Freelancer's intellectual property without proper authorization.

7. Termination

​

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. The client agrees to compensate the Freelancer for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Liability

​

The Freelancer is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results, and the client acknowledges that digital marketing outcomes may vary.

9. Dispute Resolution

​

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiation and mediation to resolve the issue. If mediation fails, the matter may be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

10. Services Fee Variability
 

Please note that the prices of our services may vary every year. We reserve the right to adjust our prices to reflect any changes in the platform's fees. We will notify you in advance of any such changes to ensure transparency and provide you with the opportunity to make an informed decision about continuing your subscription.

11. Amendments

​

We may update or amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
